Whipped Vegan Coconut Cream Recipe

Perfect for serving with fruit, on top of a cupcake, or even stirred into your coffee for a creamy treat – making your own whipped coconut cream at home couldn’t be simpler!

All you need to make your own vegan cream is a whisk and a bowl to whip it up with!

We also recommend saving the coconut cream water and adding it to a smoothie.

  • 1 1 can good quality coconut milk
  • 1 1 Tbsp good quality maple syrup
  • 1 1 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Pop a can of coconut milk into the fridge for a couple of hours or even better overnight. Make sure the can is standing upright.
  2. Remove the can and turn it upside down.
  3. Open the upside can and pour out the now separated water – the cream should be hard and firm at the other end.
  4. Scoop out the cream and whip.
  5. Add a dash of maple syrup or vanilla powder for extra flavour
