Vegan Watermelon, Lime & Rose Water Pressé Recipe

Summer is here, and what better than to make these sparkling watermelon, lime & rose water pressé!  Flavoured with lime and a touch of rose water, the watermelon provides enough sweetness that nothing more needs to be added, making for a refreshing, healthy tipple!

To make this refreshing beverage all you need is a blender!

  • 125 125 g frozen or fresh watermelon
  • 0.5 0.5 lime juiced
  • 0.375 0.375 tsp rose water
  • 0.5 0.5 cup sparkling water

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients
  2. Pour into 2 glasses
  3. Top with ice cubes and more sparkling water, San Pellegrino is my choice
