- 12.333333333333 12.333333333333 g hazelnuts, roasted and finely ground
- 12.333333333333 12.333333333333 g self-raising flour
- 6 6 g sugar
- 0.066666666666667 0.066666666666667 tsp cocoa powder
- 0.066666666666667 0.066666666666667 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of sea salt
- 16 16 ml Alpro Hazelnut Original drink
- 5.3333333333333 5.3333333333333 ml sunflower oil
- 4 4 g dark chocolate pieces
Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C/Gas Mark 5. Line a muffin tray with paper cases.

In a bowl, mix the ground hazelnuts with the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the Alpro HaJzelnut Original and sunflower oil, stirring all the time.

Finally, add the chocolate pieces and mix thoroughly.

Fill the muffin cases with the mixture to three-quarters full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
