- 100 100 g rice flour
- 25 25 g coconut flour
- 15 15 g cane sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 200 200 g coconut cream
- 25 25 g coconut oil (melted)
Method
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- In a large bowl, stir together the rice flour, coconut flour, cane sugar and salt.
- Next, add the coconut cream and coconut oil and keep stirring until smooth. It should make a thick and smooth batter.
- Spoon the batter into a ladle and pour onto your hot waffle maker, spreading it all over before closing it and letting cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Repeat until there is no batter left.
