  • 100 100 g rice flour
  • 25 25 g coconut flour
  • 15 15 g cane sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200 200 g coconut cream
  • 25 25 g coconut oil (melted)

Method

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the rice flour, coconut flour, cane sugar and salt.
  3. Next, add the coconut cream and coconut oil and keep stirring until smooth. It should make a thick and smooth batter.
  4. Spoon the batter into a ladle and pour onto your hot waffle maker, spreading it all over before closing it and letting cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Repeat until there is no batter left.
