Classic Piña Colada
If you’re a rum lover, you’ll love this tropical piña colada made with white rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream. Serve with a slice of fresh pineapple and shaving of coconut.
- 120 120 ml pineapple juice
- 60 60 ml white rum
- 60 60 ml coconut cream
- Handful of ice
- Chuck all the ingredients in a blender and whizz them up.
- Pour into cold glasses, and garnish with a wedge of pineapple. Easy!
