  • 90 90 ml full fat canned coconut milk
  • 30 30 ml coconut milk or any other milk of your choice
  • 0.375 0.375 tsp vanilla extract
  • 21.25 21.25 g sweetener of choice (maple syrup or sugar)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50 50 g vegan chocolate hazelnut spread

Method

  1. Place the chocolate hazelnut spread into a saucepan.
  2. Slowly heat the chocolate spread up, making sure it doesn’t boil.
  3. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Freeze the mixture in ice cube trays and once frozen, blend the frozen ice cubes in a high-speed blender.
  5. Serve and decorate with anything delicious toppings of your choice.
