- 62.5 62.5 ml Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink
- 25 25 g quick-cook oats
- 7.5 7.5 g brown sugar
- 7.5 7.5 g dark chocolate chips
- 0.5 0.5 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink, oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
- Line a baking dish with baking parchment. Pour the pie mixture in the baking dish and bake for 35 min.
- Leave the flapjack to cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature.
