Chocolate chip flapjacks

These soft and chewy vegan chocolate chip flapjacks studded with chocolate chips make for a deliciously filling snack.

  • 62.5 62.5 ml Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink
  • 25 25 g quick-cook oats
  • 7.5 7.5 g brown sugar
  • 7.5 7.5 g dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 0.5 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink, oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
  3. Line a baking dish with baking parchment. Pour the pie mixture in the baking dish and bake for 35 min.
  4. Leave the flapjack to cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature.
