Vegan Cheese Fondue

- 50 50 g Violife EPIC Mature Cheddar Flavour Grated
- 1.25 1.25 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 100 100 ml coconut milk
- 0.25 0.25 tsp yellow mustard
- black pepper (to taste)
- To serve:
- carrot sticks
- breadsticks
- celery sticks
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the sifted flour and oil whilst whisking.
- Add the coconut milk, stirring until the sauce thickens. Then add the Violife EPIC Mature Cheddar Flavour Grated.
- Stir in the mustard and add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve the fondue in a fondue pot to keep warm and enjoy with breadsticks and vegetable sticks.
