Tofu Scramble

With this tofu scramble recipe, you won’t want to skip breakfast again!

  • 0.25 0.25 pack pack firm tofu (350g)
  • 0.5 0.5 Tbsp fresh basil
  • 0.25 0.25 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 0.5 0.5 tsp liquid coconut aminos or 1 tsp kala namak salt

  • Optional: Handful of chopped mixed vegetables.

Method

  1. If using vegetables, sauté until lightly cooked.
  2. Crumble tofu through hands into pan. Add liquid aminos or kala namak salt, turmeric and yeast flakes. Cook for about 5 minutes until the water from the tofu has cooked off and the consistency is like scrambled eggs.
  3. Add fresh basil and season to taste.
