- 0.66666666666667 0.66666666666667 ripe bananas
- 12.5 12.5 g vegetable oil
- 0.16666666666667 0.16666666666667 tsp vanilla extract
- 37.5 37.5 g self-raising flour
- 0.33333333333333 0.33333333333333 tsp baking powder
- 16.666666666667 16.666666666667 g light brown soft sugar
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Mash 3 of the bananas into the measuring jug with the vegetable oil and vanilla.
- In the mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet mix to the dry mix and combine.
- Pour into the lined loaf tin and top with the 4th banana, halved lengthways.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden on top and springy to touch in the centre.
Tip: You can add vegan chocolate spreads, Biscoff spread, nuts or different kinds of chocolate chips to get the flavour you like
