This thick and delicious triple berry smoothie is loaded with antioxidants from the berries and soy milk, and lightly sweetened with natural sweetener.

  • 480ml (17fl oz) low-fat vanilla soya milk
  • 150g (5½oz) blackberries
  • 200g (7oz) strawberries
  • 100g (3½oz) blueberries
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 8 sachets of Truvía® calorie-free sweetener
  1. Add all the ingredients to blender and blend on high.
  2. Enjoy!
  • Use frozen fruit or add 1 cup of ice for a frosty frozen version of this smoothie.
