- 480ml (17fl oz) low-fat vanilla soya milk
- 150g (5½oz) blackberries
- 200g (7oz) strawberries
- 100g (3½oz) blueberries
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 8 sachets of Truvía® calorie-free sweetener
- Add all the ingredients to blender and blend on high.
- Use frozen fruit or add 1 cup of ice for a frosty frozen version of this smoothie.
