Salted Chocolate Fondant

Indulge your inner chocoholic with this sumptuous melt-in-the-middle vegan chocolate fondant.

Vegan chef Gaz Oakley has created the most spectacularly delicious vegan chocolate fondant especially for you with this simple recipe. It’s rich, chocolatey and completely indulgent.

To enhance the rich flavours of the chocolate and give this vegan dessert recipe something a little bit special, Gaz has included Himalayan salt in the filling.

But rather than making this plant-based dessert taste salty, the addition of salt makes the chocolate taste even sweeter! Give it a try and see for yourself.
