Nutty Vegan Chocolate Fudge

This vegan chocolate fudge topped with nuts couldn’t be simpler to make using just 3 main ingredients.

Top the chocolate and nut butter mixture with your favourite mixed chopped nuts for tasty, raw and delicious chocolate treats. If you’re feeling fancy then a sprinkle of salt will help to add a wonderful depth of flavour and a pop of sweetness to every bite.

  • 10 10 g 70% Divine baking chocolate
  • 7 7 g almond or another nut butter
  • 4 4 g mixed nuts, chopped small
  • Maldon salt flakes, optional

Method

  1. Break up the chocolate and set in bowl over a pan of simmering water and add the nut butter. Melt together until silky smooth.
  2. Pour into silicone moulds or one large lined container and sprinkle over the chopped nuts and a tiny pinch of salt, if you like. Allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Slice into bites or remove from the mini moulds. Store in the fridge.
