Coconut & Pineapple Vegan Sorbet Recipe

This creamy, refreshing vegan sorbet is just perfect for warm, sunny days!

All you need is a blender, a deep freezable tray, and a whisk to make your own refreshing sorbet!

  • 57.142857142857 57.142857142857 ml coconut cream
  • 0.14285714285714 0.14285714285714 medium-sized pineapple
  • 0.42857142857143 0.42857142857143 Tbsp maple syrup
  • To serve
  • additional fruit of your choice
  • mint leaves, to garnish

Method

Method
  1. Peel, core and chop the pineapple into 2.5cm (1in) chunks. Transfer to a blender, add the coconut cream and maple syrup and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a deep tray, cover and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until slushy, but not totally frozen.
  3. Remove from the freezer, whisk, then return for another 4 hours, or until fully set.
  4. Serve with any additional fruit of your choice and garnish with mint leaves.
