Ingredients

  • 1 cup Natalie’s Carrot Ginger Juice
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 2-3 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of ice

Method

  1. In a blender, combine juice and banana. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add spinach, ice and cinnamon. Blend until combined.
