  • 0.125 0.125 pack Violife Epic Mature Cheddar Flavour Grated
  • 0.125 0.125 pack Violife Creamy Original
  • 0.125 0.125 sheet vegan puff pastry
  • 1.875 1.875 stalks of asparagus
  • 25 25 ml coconut cream
  • 0.125 0.125 flax egg
  • 0.5 0.5 cloves garlic
  • 0.125 0.125 Tbsp olive oil
  • 0.0625 0.0625 lemon, juice only
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees. Remove the puff pastry and place in a greased long tin.

  2. Pierce the bottom of the pastry with a fork and create designs of your liking around the rim of the tin with the pastry.

  3. Let sit in the fridge.

  4. In a bowl mix the Violife Creamy Original, the coconut cream, the Violife Epic Mature Cheddar Flavour Grated, garlic, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.

  5. Spread mixture evenly along the tart base. Top with the asparagus stalks.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
