Start your day off well with this apple bircher muesli recipe packed with apples, oats and yoghurts.

  • 50 50 g whole rolled oats
  • 1 1 tbsp Chia Bia 100% Natural Whole Chia Seeds
  • 1 1 tbsp blanched chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 1 green apples, grated
  • 125 125 ml good-quality cloudy apple juice
  • 0.5 0.5 tbsp plain soya yoghurt

Method

  1. Mix together the oats, chia seeds, hazelnuts and grated apple in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the apple juice and yoghurt until all of the ingredients are coated. Either leave in one bowl, or spoon into individual jars or smaller bowls and refrigerate overnight.
