5 ingredient nut-free vegan granola
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 80g of oats
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (or cinnamon powder)
- A pinch of salt
- 40g date syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
Mix together the oats, cocoa powder (or cinnamon) and salt.
In a wok or a large frying pan on a medium heat, melt the coconut oil for a few seconds.
Add the oat mix to the pan and stir with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes.
Add the sweetener of your choice and stir for another 2 minutes.
Take off the heat and transfer into a bowl or a jar. If you like your granola to be crunchy, let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Add any topping of your choice if desired.
