Chef René Molnar

At the Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Vienna, vegan is more than a trend to chef René Molnar.

“As I love to experiment I always try to ‘veganise’ some typical Austrian as well as international dishes, like the famous dessert the Austrian ‘Kaiserschmarrn’ or our cheesecake. For the new summer menu I decided to create a vegan Barbecue for dinner with smoked tofu, cauliflower, cashews and carrots”, says René Molnar, Executive Chef at Hotel Bristol Vienna.
