Experience the most charming side of Vienna at the Hotel Bristol and spoil yourself with a vegan BBQ in the heart of the city!
If you’re planning a trip to Austria, you’ll find your place to stay in the heart of Vienna at the Hotel Bristol Vienna- a place where vegan dreams come true.
Named after the British town Bristol, the Hotel Bristol Vienna opened in 1892 on the Ring Boulevard and is for many locals the epitome of cultural Vienna. With its unparalleled location next to the Vienna State Opera, the Hotel Bristol Vienna is unique among Viennese hotels and is known ever since for its cultural and also culinary heritage. Guests from all over the world savour the exciting history, remarkable food and the superb service.
The distinctive art deco style of the 1920s, typical for the “House at the Opera”, is also noticeable and tangible in the restaurant Bristol Lounge. Treasuring its tradition, the Bristol has been carefully moved in modern times by following lifestyle comforts.
“We recognized that Veganism is more than a trend – it’s a lifestyle”, says Simone Dulies, General Manager of the hotel and vegan herself.
That’s why the Hotel offers vegan choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner which are changing weekly and even a vegan Afternoon Tea in the winter season.
At the Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Vienna, vegan is more than a trend to chef René Molnar.
“As I love to experiment I always try to ‘veganise’ some typical Austrian as well as international dishes, like the famous dessert the Austrian ‘Kaiserschmarrn’ or our cheesecake. For the new summer menu I decided to create a vegan Barbecue for dinner with smoked tofu, cauliflower, cashews and carrots”, says René Molnar, Executive Chef at Hotel Bristol Vienna.
