These fully loaded tacos feature marinated pulled Oumph!, potato fries and onion rings for an eye-watering treat!

Ingredients

  • 280 g Pulled Oumph!
  • 12 Onion rings
  • 200 g Potato fries
  • 8 Soft tortillas medium-sized
  • 4 Handfuls of leafy greens
  • Salsa
  • Sriracha mayo
  • Guacamole
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Deep fry the onion rings in hot vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Deep fry or oven bake the potato fries.

  2. In the meantime, in a separate pan, fry the Pulled Oumph! in a little oil on a medium heat until cooked through and slightly caramelised.

  3. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or oven. Build a base of leafy greens, place the Pulled Oumph! on top, followed by hot fries and deep-fried onion rings – drizzle with your favourite sauce over ALL OF IT! Go all in! Go crazy!
