A new vegan pizzeria, aptly named Veganizza, has opened in Glasgow delivering artisan vegan Bake at Home pizza across the UK.
Plant-based pizza pioneers Veganizza has just arrived in Glasgow, and it’s ready to take on the UK with vegan pizza. The new artisan pizzeria will launch eight meat and dairy-free pizzas as well as a selection of tempting sides and desserts.
All the pizza toppings are made from scratch including vegan alternatives to Gorgonzola, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, N’Duja and Tuscan Sausage. These are all loaded onto 48-hour proofed sourdough bases which are lovingly prepared in-house.
So what’s on the menu?
If you’re a classic kinda pizza addict, go for their Margherita with San Marzano tomato and basil sauce, vegan mozzarella, and balsamic tomatoes. But if you like something a bit different, Veganizza offers a Beetroot pizza with pumpkin cream, balsamic beetroot, vegan goat’s cheese, rocket and pumpkin seeds.
Are you a mock meat lover? Try the N’Duja with a creamy white sauce, vegan mozzarella, vegan N’duja, broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes. Alternatively, go for a cheeky Pepperoni or the Truffle Mushroom & Tuscan Sausage.
