That’s why it has bought back its popular Wicked Kitchen, the No-Turkey Roast Crown (£5.00).

This tender and juicy, easy-carve ‘No-Turkey’ crown is made with savoury soy and wheat protein, topped with vegan butter melt and a sage and onion stuffing crumb. It cooks in just 45 minutes and carves like real turkey.

If you prefer veggies to meat alternatives, then you need to try Plant Chef’s Portobello Mushroom Wellington.

This hearty dish features a whole portobello mushroom with soya pieces and mushroom duxelles. It’s nestled in golden plant-based pastry and topped with sweet and tangy beetroot and cranberry stuffing.

Another new main joining the range this year are the Plant Chef Parcels with Beet Sauce & Horseradish Crumb.

This year, the supermarket’s vegan Christmas range includes four brand new festive desserts.

Chocolate lovers will enjoy the Wicked Kitchen’s Chocolate & Salted Caramel Cake (£7) and Wicked Kitchen’s Belgian Chocolate and Salted Caramel Log. 

The festive log consists of chocolate sponge, mousse and silky caramel and topped with roasted hazelnuts and chocolate pieces.

Putting a spin on traditional Christmas desserts, Tesco is also offering Wicked Kitchen’s Awesome Apple & Salted Caramel Pies (6 for £2.00) and a Spiced Rum Christmas Pudding.

Waitrose is pulling out all the stops with its vegan Christmas range for 2021!

Putting a vegan twist on a French classic, Morrisons has created some ingenious Mushroom St Jacques (£4 for 12) canapes using king oyster mushrooms in place of scallops.

These crisp filo pastry mini-tarts also feature a rich vegan cream sauce that is so tasty you’ll keep coming back for more.

So moreish you won’t want to share, Morrisons new Best Oven Roasted Mushroom Vegan Pâté is beautifully flavoured with garlic, parsley, thyme, porcini mushrooms and smoked paprika.

Alternatively, Morrisons’ classic Vegetable Wellington (£5) is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

The vegan wellington is filled with a vegetable and butternut squash joint hand wrapped in a cranberry, apricot and chestnut duxelles with a wholegrain mustard melt.

This year, Sainsbury’s has worked hard to make sure that their offering for the 2021 festive season will not disappoint.

This year’s selection includes a range of innovative offerings such as the Plant Pioneers No Belly Pork Bites (£3.30).

Another novel new nibble returning this year is the Plant Pioneers No Fish and Chips (£4).

These vegan bites are made from lightly battered jackfruit and oyster mushrooms with mushy peas and potato chips.

Sainsbury’s Vegan Roasts

There’s no need to compromise with a vegan Christmas dinner this year with the Plant Pioneers No Beef Wellington (£3).

The vegan roast is filled with mushroom duxelles with spinach and a kick of horseradish and wrapped in vegan puff pastry.

Offering a tasty alternative to poultry, the Plant Pioneers No Turkey Parcels (£6) are a meat-free marvel.

Co-op is making sure you can enjoy a taste of Christmas dinner long before the big day with its Vegan No Turkey Lunch (£3) sandwich.

Containing all the elements of a Christmas dinner rolled into one, the seasonal sarnie contains vegan turkey and all the trimmings.

Turn up the heat with the new Gro Ho Ho Spicy Fondue (£3.50). This firey vegan cheese dish features a blend of vegan cheeses with a fiery jalapeño chilli kick.

There’s also spring onion and sweet roasted peppers and smoky paprika varieties.

Also new this year is the snackable Gravy Puffs (£1) crisps.
