Having the right vegan snacks in the cupboard can make getting through some days so much easier!

At The Vegan Society we’re passionate about everything to do with vegan food and we get excited when any new brand approaches us about registering for The Vegan Trademark. But probably one of the most exciting things about going vegan is getting to explore the growing world of plant-based snacks!

From the latest vegan chocolate bars and sweets to exciting flavoured crisps, there are more options than ever before. Aside from obvious ingredients like
dairy (which frustratingly even manages to make its way into crisps!), there are many other animal-derived ingredients that can often sneak into our daily vegan snacks.

These can be in the form of things like certain flavourings and E-numbers, and even through some of the manufacturing processes involved.

The Vegan Society’s Vegan Trademark ensures that products carrying our mark involve the use of no animal ingredients and by-products, and have not been tested on animals, leaving you with the important job of picking the perfect selection of snacks to get you through the day!

We’d love to see your go-to Vegan Trademarked snacks. Follow us on Instagram and Twitter to keep up to date with our latest vegan snack registrations, and make sure to tag @vegantrademark to share your personal favourites with us.
