The first sugar-free and gluten-free mousses, made with all natural ingredients, from Eco Free From, have been launched in the UK.
The Eco Free From range of retail dessert products are a result of 4 years of Research and Development and the company is launching the first 2 out of 7 products, which are a Cocoa and a Vanilla Mousse home baking dessert mixes, in powder form.
Based on easy recipes, the mousses can be prepared in 7 minutes by simply mixing the powder with water and coconut cream. Each pack makes a total of 8 servings.
Sugar and gluten-free
Βoth mousses are sugar-free and gluten-free, and all the ingredients are derived from natural sources. In addition, the mousses contain no artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colours or flavours.
The Vegan Vanilla Mousse is also light, low fat, and salt free, whilst the Vegan Chocolate Mousse is also high in fibre and very low in salt.
The other innovative products that have been developed by eco free from, which will be launched to the retail market later in 2017 or early 2018, are three Sugar Free Fruit Mousses, in Blueberry, Raspberry and Carob flavours, as well as gluten-free and with no added sugar Muffins and Biscuits mixes.
Eco’s delicious new range of dessert mixes deliver something completely new and unique to the UK market, starting with the two new naturally delicious clean label mousses, that are also Sugar Free meaning Zero total sugars, made with Gluten Free ingredients, derived from All Natural sources.
Eco’s dessert mixes are custom-designed blends of ingredients, with the lowest possible Glycemic Index and a high fibre content, for the purpose of encouraging health and wellness and follow the current trends for clean label food products, which tends to become the new standards of the food Industry.

The new mousses from Natural Food Science Ltd will be sold through Whole Foods Market, a number of Independent Health Stores, on Amazon, as well as being distributed in health stores in Ireland by Wholefood Wholesale, in Holland & Barrett Cyprus by LRG Enterprises Ltd and a substantial number of health stores, pharmacies and Grocers in South Africa by Vita Aid. The products have created interest and they are expected to enter the US market as well as Greece within the second quarter of 2018.
