With spring just around the corner, Holly and Molly share the benefits of seasonal eating as well as some recipe inspiration for March

New research by Good4U suggests that less than half of Brits know what fruit and vegetables are in season at different times of the year, so Holly and Molly delve into what we should be eating this month, why seasonal food is better for us and discuss some ideas for cooking with March’s list of seasonal fruits and veg.

They also review some healthy ready meal jars from Merchant Gourmet, mini cucumbers, and some cutting-edge ‘filet mignon’ steaks from Slovenia.
