Manhattan’s upcoming HOME Food Hall is the latest example of plant-based eating’s ever-expanding popularity. The world’s first 100 percent plant-based food hall, fitness studio, and event space is under construction and set to open in early 2019, with The Cinnamon Snail and Beyond Sushi already confirmed as vendors.

Founding HOME anchor vendor @cinnamonsnail always knows how to make us hungry! ・・・ #repost @cinnamonsnail . Char grilled tofu, with red quinoa pilaf, coconut ginger mashed yams, soy citrus kale, smoked chili roasted peanuts, thai chili dressing, sambal olek cream, and fried thai basil leaves. . . We switched out the tofu from crusted to grilled so it would be moister and more tender. I hope you love it lots and lots ❤

The fitness studio will offer yoga, Pilates, dance, meditation, kickboxing, and more. HOME Food Hall’s convenient location will allow busy New Yorkers to grab a bite or catch a class during their lunch break or after a long workday.

Keep up to date with the latest developments from HOME Food Hall on their website, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
