“Vegan food for meat-eaters”
Since its launch at Tesco in 2018, Wicked Kitchen’s plant-based range has grown drastically – and all for good reason.
The brand offers so much variety, from cupcakes to pesto, WK has allowed people to transition to a plant-based diet by making their products simple, easy, and exciting. Their recent release being the UK’s first vegan Bakewell slice.
Co-founders and brothers Chad and Derek Sarno’s main innovation is making “Vegan food for meat-eaters”. Often using mushrooms as a source to replicate meat, the chefs have allowed more people to engage in plant-based cooking whilst still maintain meaty textures.
Moreover, the duo have been recognised for their trailblazing success. In 2018, just 8 months since the range launched, Wicked Kitchen was awarded ‘Best Vegan Range’ by PETA, and have recently revealed Wicked Kitchen will be launched in the US.
