Many supermarket chains now boast their own vegan ranges, but Tesco’s Wicked Kitchen range created with pioneering plant-based chef Derek Sarno from Wicked Healthy is still at the forefront when it comes to plant-based innovation.
Since its inception in January 2018, Sarno and Tesco have worked together to launch a whole host of delicious vegan products from pot noodles to mock meats that make plants the star of the show.

Perfect for summer barbecues, the new Vegan BBQ ribs are made from Texas-inspired pea protein ribs with sticky BBQ glaze. Simply tear ’em up and throw them on the grill for a delicious meat-free al fresco dinner.
There are even meatless brats that are great topped with mustard and ketchup in a hot dog bun.

Well-known for his love of mushrooms, Sarno has ensured the new range has plenty for mushroom lovers! A new innovation joining the range is the meatless pulled pork made from King Oyster mushrooms.
This marvelous meat alternative is available in three flavors: Shawarma, Mexican, and Korean. Perfect for burgers, sliders and sandwiches.
Making mealtimes easier and more delicious than ever before, the new Wicked Kitchen Meal Kits feature spice blends and recipe suggestions so you can try some new flavours.
The kits include dishes like Punchy Pumpkin Laksa, Shiitake Ramen Broth, and Bangin Beetroot Tikka.
Tesco’s own-brand vegan range, Plant Chef, will be welcoming a new selection of products including meatless koftas and steak, fish-free cakes, and breaded meat-free nuggets.
