Vegan cheese maker Violife has just announced that it will be launching a Greek-style vegan feta cheese called Just Like Feta.
Vegan cheese has come a long way in recent years. Gone are the days when we had to make-do with a single brand that smelt like feet and didn’t even melt, as there’s now an abundance of brands and varieties of vegan cheese to chose from.
In 2017, popular vegan cheese brand Violife gave themselves a swanky brand makeover and released a whole new range of flavours, including halloumi and a wide range of different flavour cheese slices. To ensure everyone can enjoy these products, all Violife products are dairy, nut, soy, GMO, and gluten-free.

Not content with that, the vegan cheese maker has just announced that it will be launching a Greek-style vegan feta cheese called Just Like Feta at the Natural Products Expo West 2018 tradeshow.
Although Violife’s company headquarters are based in Greece, it has taken many years or trial and error to perfect this classically Greek cheese. However, they are pleased to have created a crumbly, briny, plant-based feta that will make the perfect accompaniment to a Greek salad.
There’s no word yet on when we can expect to see the vegan Feta-style cheese in stores, but as Violife is widely available in supermarkets and independent stores throughout the UK, the new style should be hard to miss when it arrives.
