Evening diners can enjoy a range of plates including Aubergine Tartare, Grilled Watermelon served with ‘feta’, oregano and pickled onions, or perhaps Korean Blossom Bao – Banana blossom fried in tempura batter and served with kimchi slaw and lime aioli in a steamed bun. Yum!
