Leading positive change startup Vevolution is taking its upcoming global Plant Based Business Summit online amid the coronavirus pandemic
Vevolution has been making some seriously impressive moves in the realm of plant-based business and vegan education over the past few years, introducing a business boot-camp for budding ethical entrepreneurs and helping raise the profile of many incredible vegan speakers and activists.
Now the inspiring team has made the decision to go global with its plant-based business summit with the launch of a virtual version in order to ‘protect our community’ during the pandemic.
Taking place this June – the virtual global summit will consist of online events bringing together the world’s leading plant-based entrepreneurs and investors to share ideas and connect virtually.
According to the team: “In these extraordinary times, it is especially important for all of us to stand together and support each other.
“As a positive change movement it is also an important time for us all to continue spreading how we can make this world a better place so in the coming months we will continue to release content via our podcast & blog.”
‘Connecting the Global Community’
Speaking about the launch of the global Plant Based Business Summit, Vevolution Founders Damien Clarkson and Judy Nadel said: “In these extraordinary times, we must all adapt and take care of our loved ones. For us it was important to continue our work to connect people, share ideas and support entrepreneurs in building the businesses of the future.
“The Global Plant Based Business Summit – will be connecting the global community of plant-based entrepreneurs, investors and organisations supporting the rapid growth of the plant-based economy.
“COVID-19, means society needs to take extraordinary measures – what is clear is that we must keep talking and sharing ideas. The work we are all doing is too important to just stop. We see this global summit as a chance to make us a stronger, better connected global movement of entrepreneurs.”
