London-based vegan café Lele's is releasing a new range of easy-to-make vegan cake mixes at Planet Organic.

After three years in London’s thriving vegan scene, Clapton based café Lele’s London is making it easier for everyone across the UK to enjoy their delicious vegan cakes as it gets set to launch its first range of vegan cake mixes at Planet Organic.

The first flavours to launch will be vanilla cupcakes, banana bread and brownies, with a Victoria sponge cake and chocolate cupcakes to be added towards the end of the year.

Not only are the dry mixes vegan, but they’re also gluten-free too and you only need to add water, oil and plant-based milk to make them making them perfect for those that are short of time!

The mixes are handmade in Lele’s laboratory in East London and the company is focused on being both cruelty-free and environmentally sustainable which means that all mixes will be vegan and distributed in recyclable packaging.

Lele’s vegan cake mixes will be available to purchase in all Planet Organic supermarkets from February 2020 and they plan to expand the number of retailers soon.
