Menu
The new restaurant will serve the whole range of the crew’s incredibly tasty burgers, including their best-selling Tabasco Auburger, which is made from aubergines, chickpeas, red onion and vegan cheese. Hungry customers can also tuck into the The Auburger, which is made with a chipotle smoky aubergine, red onion and chickpea patty topped with cumin mayo and pickled cabbage.
Mac’n’cheese and milkshakes will also be on the menu, while coffee, vegan beers and wines will be served. There will be room for around 30 diners at a time making this a great spot to pop into for lunch with friends.
Speaking about their new venture, Rachel said: “We couldn’t be happier, we have lived in East London for over 10 years and we adore its vibe and authenticity. We have traded in the area for 2 years through various pop ups, events and festivals so moving into Shoreditch was the perfect match for The Vurger Co. We just can’t wait to get started and continue to revolutionise fast food through the power of plants
The Vurger Co. restaurant will open on March 12th, and is located in Unit 9, Avant Garde, Richmix Square, E1 6LD and is open from 11.30am to 11 pm, 7 days a week.
