TiNDLE chicken alternative has previously only been available to the restaurant industry, but it will be on sale in one supermarket chain during Veganuary

Up until now, the vegan chicken alternative from TiNDLE has only been supplied to restaurants and cafes in the UK. But for the first time it will be available for consumers to buy in one major supermarket chain for a limited time only.
Products will enter Morrisons stores across the UK on 26th December, just in time for Veganuary 2023.
What is TiNDLE?
TiNDLE plant-based chicken is made from soy, coconut oil and Lipi™. It’s a good source of both protein and fibre.
Lipi™ is the combination of ingredients that creates the distinct chicken-like flavour.
Made with only nine simple ingredients, TiNDLE is the first product by Next Gen Foods, a Singapore-founded food tech company that is developing innovative and sustainable foods.
You can currently find the brand at a few major restaurants in the UK, but up until now it hasn’t been available for consumers to buy direct.
What will be available from Morrisons?
TiNDLE will launch three new plant-based chicken options into Morrisons later this month.
The first of the three new offerings is wings, which will be available for £3, both in selected Morrisons stores and online.
TiNDLE is also introducing plant-based nuggets and burgers at the same price.
These will only be available to buy until 24th January, so you haven’t got long to track them down.

Where else can you try it?
The brand is the first to create plant-based chicken made specifically with and for chefs and their resturants’ menus.
It can currently be found on vegan restaurant menus in places like BrewDog, BIRD Fried Chicken & Waffle and Clean Kitchen.
At BrewDog, you can enjoy the Crispy TiNDLE chicken burger as two different burger options. It also serves it as a substitute in the buffalo chicken burger and its salad bowls.
At Clean Kitchen, you can try out TiNDLE plant-based chicken in the Truffle Clean and Chick’n Mayo burgers.
BIRD Fried Chicken & Waffle also offers the plant-based TiNDLE Burger dressed with its own toppings.
These items are on the menus all year long, and aren’t as limited time as the launch into Morrisons.
