After starting out as a pop-up in Bethnal Green, The Vurger Co. has announced it is opening a new vegan burger joint in Brighton.

The popular vegan burger chain, which boasts Gaz Oakley as its Executive Chef, already has two locations in London in Canary Wharf and Shoreditch, but this will be its first location outside of the city.

The news was shared by local news outlet The Argus who spotted the window at the new restaurant filled with posters promising that the new eatery is “coming soon”.

The proudly vegan company makes its tasty burgers and milkshakes from 100% Vegan, ethically sourced ingredients.

Passionate about the planet, they have a “zero to landfill” policy and ensure that their packaging is made from plants and fully compostable. They’re also a 100% cashless brand.

Whilst you’ll have to wait a little longer to visit the Brighton restaurant, The Vurger Co. is currently delivering DIY kits with everything you need to make your own drool-worthy ‘Big New York Melt’ burger in the comfort of your own home.
