Starbucks has just released its new summer menu in the U.S. with a vibrant and refreshing new vegan-friendly drink - the Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink
In a press conference in 2017, Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson revealed that Starbucks was planning to increase its profits by developing more plant-based options thanks to high demand for these options for customers.
And the brand certainly seems to be sticking to this plan as it has just released its new summer menu in U.S. with a vibrant and refreshing new vegan-friendly drink.

The Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink is available to purchase from all Starbucks locations in the US and is described by the company as a ‘smooth and creamy beverage to uplift your day.’
The pastel-pink drink is made with coconut milk and flavoured with guava, passionfruit, pineapple, and ginger, making it a deliciously refreshing treat for hot summer days.
The Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink joins two newly-released coconut milk beverages, Iced Golden Ginger Drink and the Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink introduced by the company in March.
Starbucks has been upping its vegan offerings in recent years as part of the company’s sustainability plan to reduce its carbon footprint.
Last month, the company added two more vegan options to its ready-to-drink coffee range available in UK supermarkets for those missing their coffee fix to enjoy at home.
