Soreen announce their new loaf bar multipacks with a new vegan chocolate flavour.

Household name Soreen is launching its much-loved malt loaves in new plant-based multipacks, with an exciting new chocolate flavour.

The individually wrapped vegan-friendly loaf bars are perfect for an energy boost and are a healthier alternative snack, containing 30% less sugar and 70% less fat to the average snack bar.

The bars come in three flavours: the original malt, banana, and the new chocolate flavour.

Soreen’s original malt loaf contains milk, however, in these new bars the traditional malt flavour is vegan, enabling everyone to enjoy the deliciously malty taste.

Mark Simester, Managing Director at Soreen told Vegan Food and Living: “For the past 6 months, the majority of consumers have been spending more time at home than ever before, with many looking to cut calories and boost their general health and wellbeing, and as such healthy snacking choices are in demand.

“Our Loaf Bar Multipacks will therefore enable shoppers to grab a healthy choice fast – whether they’re still at home, returning to the office or in need of an energy boost for pre, during or post-exercise – this is an ideal, tasty and affordable snack.”

Bethan Brown, Soreen Marketing Director added: “Veganism has been a key trend within the food industry for the last few years now, so we’re immensely proud to bring a vegan, plant-based chocolate product to market that retains that flavoursome, treat like taste without being high in sugar or fat – important for a healthy and nutritious diet.”

Soreen Vegan Loaf Bar Multipacks are now available from Ocado, currently on offer at £2.
