The limited-edition Vegan ShackBurger (single £7.50, double £11) is inspired by the classic ShackBurger and features a vegetable patty made with real vegetables, grains and herbs including kale, quinoa, sweet potatoes and more, topped with vegan cheese lettuce, tomato, and vegan ShackSauce on a toasted vegan bun.

The Vegan ShackBurger will be available at select Shake Shack stores including Canary Wharf, Mansion House, Brent Cross and Stratford from September 8th for a limited time only.

Vegan options at Shake Shack are currently very limited, however, their plain fries are suitable for vegans and can be ordered as a side along with the new vegan burger.

‘Fun and delicious’

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to invite the vegetarian and vegan community to try our new Vegan Shack!” said Shake Shack Culinary Director, Mark Rosati in a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living.

“We wanted to create a sandwich that was thoughtful in the way we approached the ingredients and flavors, as well as was fun and delicious to eat.  We hope our guests will love it as much as we do!”
