Amazon’s ‘Made in Italy‘ week has launched, with the shopping site showcasing its best artisan Italian products from food and drink, to furniture and beauty.
What’s more, a range of high-quality kitchen appliances are available including pasta machines and accessories.
A question people often ask is ‘Is pasta vegan?‘. Whilst there is plenty of plant-based supermarket dried pasta available to use in your favourite vegan pasta recipes, artisan and fresh pasta often contain eggs.
Thankfully, making fresh vegan pasta at home is simple and highly satisfying – all you need is pasta flour (such as 00 or semolina), oil, and water.
You can of course do this by hand, but a pasta machine is a great tool to save you time and help you achieve beautiful handmade pasta.
