Sacla’ launches range of vegan béchamel and bolognese sauces

Sacla’ is introducing two new vegan sauces that are perfect for creating traditional Italian dishes with a vegan twist.

Sacla’ is aiming to bring family and friends together over great tasting Italian food as it launches a new range of vegan-friendly sauces that are perfect for creating traditional Italian dishes with a vegan twist.

For lasagne lovers, Sacla’ White Sauce (£2.50) cleverly replaces flour and milk with soya for a perfect béchamel sauce. It works wonders when used in a cheesy sauce as part of a comforting bowl of mac ’n’ cheese too.

And for the ragu, Sacla’ Vegan Bolognese Sauce (£2.50) uses the magic of pea protein to recreate a hearty meaty texture, with no need to add anything else. It’s perfect with spaghetti too!

Not only are the sauces packed with delicious, authentic flavours, they’re also gluten-free and wheat-free too making them perfect for allergies and intolerances.

Sacla’s sauces are available to purchase from 19th May in the Free-From aisle in Sainsbury’s.
