Quorn has announced the launch of a new vegan ‘takeaway’ range to make meat-free nights in on the sofa even easier.

As winter nights draw in, the Quorn vegan takeaway range is perfect for getting that Saturday night takeaway feeling without leaving the house or picking up the phone.

The new range of three ‘fakeaway’ favourites – all made from Quorn’s unique mycoprotein – promises to deliver the perfect twist on takeaway treats that are better for you and the planet.

The range kicks off with the Quorn Crunchy Fillet Burger: a chicken-style fillet with a crispy fennel and smoked paprika crumb coating.

The burger is easily cooked up in the oven and makes the perfect fried chicken substitute when served on a bun with lettuce and vegan mayo. Don’t forget the fries!

The crunchy fillet burger will be available in a pack of two from Asda from 18th October, priced at £2.50.

Quorn’s vegan takeaway range also features chicken-shop favourites wings and strips.

The meat-free Quorn Buffalo Wings are loaded with hot and spicy flavouring that will appeal to even the most passionate of wing fans.

These boneless, meatless wings are coated in Quorn’s signature crunchy coating for a satisfying, feel-good alternative to a late-night trip to the takeaway.

Meanwhile, Quorn Crunchy Strips are a great dippable treat for all the family. The crunchy coated strips are delicious dunked in vegan mayo or BBQ sauce.

The full range of wings and strips will launch in Tesco on 1st November. Tesco will also stock the Crunchy Fillet Burger with all products in the range priced at £3.00 per pack.

“We’re excited to launch Quorn’s new takeaway range to enable families to have a fakeaway feast that is healthier for you and the planet.

“There is no better way to bring meat-free into your meals this winter.”
