Quorn’s vegan range is expanding with the launch of new vegan sausages that promise to taste just like a meat sausage, and sizzle the same too.

Quorn has named the new product ‘Brilliant Bangers’ and they are the second vegan sausage to appear in Quorn’s range.

Made from the brand’s trademark Mycoprotein, the bangers are high in protein and a source of fibre.

The new sausages are making an appearance just in time for some warming comfort meals this autumn and winter.

You’ll find them in Asda and Waitrose from 6th September, and in Tesco from 13th September.

Brilliant Bangers will be sold in the supermarket chillers at a recommended retail price of £2.50 for 6 sausages.

“A comforting Sausage”

Gill Riley, Marketing Director at Quorn Foods, said: “We know that when the weather starts to cool, there’s nothing our customers love more than a comforting sausage meal – so we’re delighted to be launching Quorn Brilliant Bangers to offer a meat-free alternative this winter that will rival its meat equivalent.”

The sausages will join Quorn’s roster of recent vegan releases, including fishless scampi and child-friendly Roarsomes.
