ProVeg launches Veggie Challenge app to encourage plant-based lifestyle

To help people make the choice to transition to a plant based lifestyle, ProVeg has launches its free app, Veggie Challenge.

ProVeg is an international organisation working across four continents on a mission to reduce the global consumption of animals by 50% by 2040.

To do this, ProVeg works with decision-making bodies, governments, food producers, investors, and the general public to help the public become less dependant on animal agriculture.

As more and more people are realising the benefits of eating more plants, its never been easier to make the switch. This app makes it easy, it allows you to convert to veganism or simply reduce your meat consumption.

The app is ideal if you want to improve your health, protect the planet, care for animals, or just eat great food.

More than 250,000 people have participated in the 30-day challenge. The app gives free coaching, daily tips, hundreds of recipes, and access to a supportive community.

You can also build weekly meal plans, make shopping lists and save favourite recipes.
