Pret A Manger will launch its latest seasonal menu later this month, introducing a new range of vegan options.
After the success of its vegan cookie, Pret is tapping into the plant-based market with a new range of vegan treats.
Hannah Dolan, Head of Food Development at Pret, said: ‘Our Dark Chocolate & Almond Butter cookie (the vegan cookie) has had a big thumbs-up from our customers. We’re excited to introduce more chocolatey and almond butter vegan snacks.’
The new seasonal menu will include chocolates, soups, food bowls and a vegan pumpkin spiced latte.
Options available from 25th September include Almond Butter Bites, which are ‘little bites of dark chocolate filled with smooth almond butter and a touch of sea salt’ and Dark Chocolate Salted Almonds, which are ‘roasted almonds with a delicate layer of dark chocolate, a sprinkle of sea salt and a dusting of cocoa.’
Pret announced the launch of these on its Instagram page.
As well as the chocolate-covered delights, a new Coconut and Mango Bowl will offer ‘freshly sliced banana topped with non-dairy coconut yoghurt and crunchy granola, finished with chunks of mango and pomegranate seeds.’
The popular Pumpkin Spiced Latte can be made vegan-friendly by using soya, rice or coconut milk. Pret will even offer a 50p discount to those who bring in reusable cups!
Finally, the new season’s vegan soups will be Tuscan Bean and Pea & Mint.
The new menu will launch on 25th September at Pret A Manger.
