Award-winning bar and restaurant The Beaufort on London Road closed it’s doors earlier this year, but now the owner, Robbie Tack, has decided to re-brand the restaurant, and will now be serving only plant-based dishes.

The new eatery has been re-named Nourish and will serve starters, main dishes, sides and desserts which are all plant-based and ingredients sourced locally. The menu also includes children’s dishes and options for those who follow a gluten-free diet. The menu consists of tasty dishes such as burgers and seitan pies.

Mr Tack said: “I am a plant-based lover and our head chef is too, so it makes sense. There aren’t many vegetarian restaurants in Bath but more people are choosing to follow a plant-based diet or are cutting down on meat.”
