Popular Canadian meat alternative brand Gardein, who have been providing vegas and vegetarians with their popular meatless protein products like the Seven Grain Crispy Tenders and Fishless Filets for over 25 years, is set to launch in the UK in January 2019.
To celebrate the expansion across the pond, the brand has launched a dedicated Instagram account, @gardeinuk, for customers in the UK to follow to keep up to date as the new products arrive on supermarket shelves.
According to the account, customers in the UK can expect to find a variety of products, including Seven Grain Crispy Tenders, Fishless Filets, Mandarin Orange Crispy Chick’n, Sizzling Szechuan Beefless Tips, and Classic Meatless Meatballs.
Speaking about the new launch, Gardein said: “We’re bringing a whole new world of vegan-friendly food to the UK very soon. For clean eating, guilty pleasures, and everything in between, there’s Gardein. Our awesome plant-based alternatives are good for you and good for the planet too! Gardein has 90% less impact on the planet and uses fewer resources in production.”
The products will be available in Sainsbury’s from January 2nd.
