Mallow at Borough Market
Opening in London’s iconic Borough Market, Mallow marks the start of a new era for the area as an innovative 100% plant-based destination.
Head of Food Development for Mildreds, Sarah Wasserman, will ensure Mallow will make as much of its own ingredients on site.
From vegan feta cheese to garden pickles, Mallow’s menu will be a celebration of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Mallow will also work with a number of sustainable suppliers local to the area, as well as give back to local community charities including Street Smart and Plan Zheroes.
Dinners can enjoy a wide selection of vibrant small and large plates, including handcrafted vegan desserts.
For small plates, Mallow recommends its Porcini Truffle Croquettes with leeks and aioli – delicious!
Additionally, if you’re looking for something larger, why not try the Shiitake Dashi with Udon, Mushroom Sesame Tempeh and Daikon? Or perhaps the flavoursome Plum Plant Chicken Burger?
Dessert lovers can enjoy Mallow’s signature dishes such as Kumquat Lemon Meringue pie. We are in plant-based heaven!
Furthermore, guests can enjoy the carefully curated vegan drinks menu which offers an array of cocktails, vegan wines, beers and fresh soft drinks.
