Since its launch in 2021, plant-based pasta restaurant Pastan has taken the UK by storm with its stunning vegan dishes.
With branches in London, Manchester, Bristol, and Barcelona, the restaurant has become a go-to destination for hungry vegans in multiple locations.
Now, Pastan is adding another location to its line-up with its upcoming restaurant launch in Brighton.
The new location is set to provide an exceptional plant-based dining experience for vegans and non-vegans alike, in one of the UK’s top cities for vegans.
While no exact date has been announced yet, the grand opening of Pastan Brighton is promised for September.

Pasta is the star of the show at Pastan, with a menu packed with tempting treats to satisfy a range of tastes.
The menu offers a seamless fusion of Italian cuisine with creative influences from cultures around the world.
From classic favourites like puttanesca and carbonara to innovative dishes like caesar salad and prawn tempura, there’s a dish to suit every palate – for vegans and non vegans alike.
And locals are unlikely to tire of the offerings, as the extensive menu is ever-evolving, with a selection of thirteen pasta dishes and seven starters that will be regularly refreshed with new and exciting proposals.
