One Planet Pizza’s Mike and Joe have teamed up with a host of plant-based innovators for a new YouTube series – OPP Round For Tea.
Mike and Joe, the plant-based pizza pioneers behind award-winning One Planet Pizza, have packed their van with dough balls, melty vegan cheese and a camera crew featuring Danyl Goodall from VSociety and Tom Ferguson, as they embark on an epic kitchen tour to visit the homes of some of the most inspiring individuals from the vegan community.
Round For Tea
In their new YouTube series: OPP Round For Tea, father and son Mike and Joe show prominent chefs, bloggers and celebrities from the plant-based movement how to create their own ultimate vegan pizza, whilst discussing sustainable living and ways in which companies and people can do more to help the planet.
The first stop for the duo is at the home of vegan food blogger Clare of Little London Vegan. Clare invited Mike and Joe Round For Tea to get their help in creating her dream One Planet Pizza whilst settling some important foodie-related debates once and for all, over a pudding from Freaks Of Nature.
Pimped-up pizzas
Not only will the dynamic duo be getting to know their hosts and finding out what makes them tick, they will be rating their host’s pimped-up One Planet Pizzas across the series.
The hosts in the series won’t just be learning how to make the perfect pizza, oh no! They will be competing against each other to design the most interesting and unique One Planet Pizza. Viewers are invited to share their thoughts and cast their votes for their favourite pizza of the season on One Planet Pizza’s social media feed!
Speaking about the new series, Joe said: “We can’t wait for everyone to see our brand new series! Mike and I have always said it would be fun to take our pizzas on the road and visit some of the leading figures in the vegan community. In OPP Round For Tea, we’ve made that dream a reality – and filmed it for your entertainment!
“Join us as we venture into the homes of our incredible hosts to discover what really inspires and motivates them within this ethical revolution. Oh, and we’ll be putting their vegan pizza making skills to the test!”
