Oceania Cruises has unveiled a brand new extensive and creative plant-based menu to be enjoyed by passengers aboard its cruise ships.
Passengers aboard Oceania Cruises ships can now enjoy a delicious selection of plant-based dishes as the company announces the launch of a brand new extensive vegan menu.
Plant-based options will be available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner in The Grand Dining Room and Terrace Café and guests will also have plant-based options available upon request during dinner service in each of the speciality restaurants.
The new dishes on the menu are inspired by cuisines from around the world including Italian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, Italian, Malaysian inspired delicacies.
Those looking for healthy and wholesome meals can start the day with banana-oatmeal pancakes with berries and maple syrup and can choose from healthy Power Bowls and Poke Bowls, hearty pasta dishes, Pad Thai as well as a selection of light and refreshing salads and soups for lunch.
Evening meals include roasted butternut squash with arugula, mango, black radish and hearts of palm, falafel fritters with plant-based harissa mayo, cucumber, mint, and capers and a green curry stir fry with eggplant, oyster mushrooms, green peas and Thai basil.
For those who want to push the boat out, so to speak, will find an array of hearty and indulgent options such as an Impossible Cheeseburger (which is plant-based rather than vegan due to the use of the Impossible Burger) and Truffle Mac and Cheese.
If you’ve got room for dessert then you can tuck into an apple-oatmeal crumble with vegan vanilla ice cream and a sumptuous coco-vanilla cashew crème brûlée. There’s also a shortbread with orange cream cheese and raspberries as well as a summer berry pudding chantilly to tickle your tastebuds.
